One of the areas I find very rewarding is helping start-ups developer their ideas and taken them to the market.   I have worked on ideas as diverse as modelling tools to IED Blast overpressure indicator (great idea by five marines).

Working closely with clients, I help them use techniques such as personas and journey mapping to really understand their customer. And methods such as business canvas and SWOT analysis to fine-tune their unique selling point.  

I can also help clients use techniques like Design Thinking and TRIZ to improve product or services design to innovate and "wow" customers.   

When it comes to finding financial backing and investors, Dark Matter can help shape the offering and support investment pitches.
